Bud and his team are fantastic. This is the only mechanic shop I have ever encountered that operates with honesty and integrity. The customer gets the straight goods, no more, no less. Bud treats all vehicle owners like humans and doesn't try to sell or service more than you actually need. Pricing is fair, he'll work with your schedule, and work is done efficiently. I would highly recommend The Car Shop.

Quick, but they always try to upsell you on different oils etc, which I don't blame them for doing that, as its a business. They charge 4 for filling my windshield washer fluid, which I had filled up the night before. No one asked me if they could or should fill the washer fluid. I know its only 4 for a few drops of windshield washer fluid, so I didn't bother going back to question it. Be aware. If you don't know anything about cars, they will make up issues and offer solutions for . Be careful.
We were visiting out of town (3 hrs away from home) and our car would turn over but would not start. It was Saturday so we had to call around. No one seemed to be open. We called The Car Shop who were closed but Laurence answered. We explained our situation and he said bring it in and I'll have a look at it. CAA towed us in. It turned out the Ignition relay switch was charred and needed to be replaced. Laurence called a part company he deals with and because they were also closed, he arranged to have the part company owner come and open his store so he could get the part. It was then fixed and finished the same day! We can't say enough about how thrilled we were with the service. Thanks so much!

I have known Bud for 20 years. He is honest and reliable. You can trust what he says ...its the truth. All our vehicles go to Bud including my muscle car He is the best!
