Amazing staff very friendly always there to help answer any questions. Amazing selection of fresh water fish and aquarium accessories. No hassle returns purchased led fluval aquasky after month it stopped working. I even lost receipt they still replaced with brand new no hassle.I highly recommend if you are in the aquarium hobby to check out this amazing store in St Thomas.

Sorry guys could not get this in to the new paper like i wanted to but you guy are the best pet store in St.Thomas. St.Thomas Southwest pet has a grate deal of variety in foods for cats dogs Etc, there fish do not look like they are going to die right when u get them home. Awsome customer service, grate with all the animals. Hoping Southwest pets keep up that good work and more customers to come!
Great selection for fish and reptiles. Both livestock and supplies. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There’s no BS to make a sale. If the staff member isn’t sure about a question they will find the associate in the store or even call one on the phone to ensure the proper answer. Pricing is the same if not better then the big box stores. The staff sell what they use personally. It’s good quality equipment. Every pet in my house has had input from the staff for the quality and care of the animal prior to purchase. They are very honest and even help carry the larger items out to the vehicle. I highly recommend them to any and every animal lover in town.
