Poor management at this location. Head office needs to school this management. 3 reasons (of a long list): The lineups are a mess, especially during this time people are crowding around the ends of the aisles budding each other and bumping into each other, confused as to where to go. It's as if the management has not looked at any of the other stores in southwestern Ontario and realized they need one dedicated line and a staff member to direct. Too cheap to pay for one employee to increase the efficiency and safety of the customers in this community. Management should also tell Laura the cashier to follow Metro store announcements that play frequently that the mask is supposed \cover the nose and face\... Management walked out of the office right in view of her and said/did nothing, if she has a nasal issue, management should be providing her a face shield. Visited a different Metro today in London and they have none of these issues. This location should be investigated by corporate. Do they not know how to label product pricing properly? Which price is this product for? (Image below)

I love going to Metro. They always have a good deal somewhere and their deals on food are awesome. I get food there all the time both groceries and pick up.

I would give 5 stars, except for 2 problems...the manager violates Covid protocol by cramming too many displays inside the front door, making it very hard to go in and out while staying 6 feet apart...and he refuses to install a bicycle rack. Look how far away I had to lock, and it's to a parking sign, which won't completely stop a thief. Even though I bought a strong cable, they could lift the bicycle over the sign.

Ive always liked metro. Very clean. The meat is outstanding. And the whole store is layed out perfectly.

It's a Metro like any other, I worked here when it was A&P. I liked the A&P setup better. Like all other metro's as well it seems to be one of the most expensive grocery stores around. The fresh made counter is about the best thing there.
