Make sure you check your own insurance before using this Dentist. Most fees are above the fee guide lines. "The Ontario Dental Association publishes a suggested fee guide for Ontario dentists. Dentists must tell patients if they intend to charge fees that are above the fees listed in the guide." They gave a quote and you are expected to look into coverage, before the surgery date. Most Dentist do this for you; then give a statement of what is covered. Interface intentionally gives a quote that looks like a insurance coverage sheet. On average, Interface is 20% over the fee guide. Service was fine, just shady business practices...IMHO.

The staff at this office is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and really care about their patients. My doctor who did my wisdom teeth extraction, Dr.Fanelli, was very caring and was sure that I felt comfortable during my surgery. The nurse I had, Michelle, was also very sweet and took really good care of me right after my surgery. Dr Kravitz, who just recently took a look at my teeth after the surgery, was also extremely nice. All the staff at interface, from receptionists to surgeons, and nurses, are sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you interface for everything you’ve done! :)

I found my experience there was excellent. I had sedation for one extraction and it was fantastic. 2 weeks ago I had to have another one where there was some bad infection. The tooth had to come out immediately. I didn't get sedated that time and it wasn't pleasant, but it was no more so than other dental work I have had done.

Reading these reviews before my procedure really worried me. To my surprise there was no gag... no winching of my jaw... very kind people. There was no reason to be so worried. Dr. Giorgio Aiello is an amazing man. I suggest everyone ask for him. He knew how anxious I was and talked me through everything. Next day no bruising. Minimal swelling and pain. He took what i said and listened and made me feel important. Just an amazing doctor.

got all 4 wisdom teeth out today in st thomas, they put the needels in after they put you to sleep so you dont feel them. most places do the needles while your awake. good staff, good doctors.
