No, you did not fix my car in February. That is the problem. I brought it in because when I touched my phone button on my steering wheel, it didn't go to voice commands and make a call. It only made volume go up. Your work order says " checked volume buttons, seem to be working fine." They did not fix what I brought the car in for. Ford St. Thomas made the error and are not willing to stand behind work they provide. You can do more and fix it for free.
