Great service. My car broke down and could not start at all in St. Thomas, and they were very quick to respond, very efficient and caring of my situation. The driver towed my car safely to my auto mechanic in London. He even helped them push my car into their shop to be looked at! That is awesome service... I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

DNO helped us off highbury Ave and took our car to the compound till we figure out what’s going to happen. They were extremely kind and friendly. Took the time to make sure we knew what was going to happen, that we had everything we needed, and well taken care of
They are great they moved a 12 12 shed for me. They worked well and had so laughs too I highly recommend DNO for you small or big projects.

I can't say enough great things about this company. So unfortunately my daughter went down a really icy and steep hill in a rural area and couldn't get the car back up. I tried my best late at night but the car just continued to slide down. So we called CAA which sent a competitor out who took one look and said "it can't be done. You need a farmer with a tractor". So we locked up the vehicle and left it over night wondering what we were going to do. In the morning I did a Google search and saw excellent reviews for DNO Towing. Since it was early, I sent a quick email to the owner who responded promptly and asked me to call him. He immediately put a plan in place to go to the scene and try his luck. This company came prepared and has an off-road vehicle in addition to their regular tow trucks. A few times it looked questionable because of the icy condition of this hill but undeterred, the owner persevered and never gave up. He used his talent and years of experience to tackle whatever obstacle we faced and he was able to use his special off-road tow to winch the car up and pull it up the rest of the way. I couldn't have been more happy because leaving my car in this area for more nights probably would have resulted in vandalism. So he treated me well, I was happy to pay and was thrilled he was able to come thru where others could not. If you're ever in a bind or need a tow, I highly recommend calling them as you will not be disappointed.
