Never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chang, his office staff are enough to detour anyone away with their lack of accountability, ownership of responsibility and disrespectful approach to potential patients. Simple misunderstanding that could have been avoided had they returned my first voicemail, or perhaps just picked up the phone when I tried to call them back 5min after they had called.

Dr. Cheng does amazing, efficient work. Certainly good at his profession!
After waiting months for an appointment we finally saw Dr. Cheng this morning. He told us the pain my husband was experiencing was not from his prostate as all the other doctors (3) had said, gave me a lecture on sources/causes of pain, told my husband to continue taking his medication and dismissed us with blood work to be redone and a repeat appointment in 3 months. If he had bothered to look at my husband he might have noticed that if no one can get to the bottom of his pain and nothing changes between now and then, he won't be alive in 3 months to keep his next appointment. True, if the prostate is not causing the problem then it's probably not Dr. Cheng's area of expertise but basically he was telling him to go die somewhere else, he is busy. My husband did pass away on Oct 5, 2014 from pancreatic cancer.
