Horrible customer service, I wanted to get the information on Snowmobile rentals and called this customer care number. I was transferred 4 times in less than 2 minutes from one person to the other. I don't understand why it's hard to provide me an answer regarding Rental information. just frustrating and non competent service.

Pour la vente de la motoneige, bon service mais le service après vente zéro collaboration, zéro suivi, pas trop de volonté et pas trop d'effort. Disons quand tu paie un motoneige de 17000 et tu leurs achète un snowtracker de 300 et qui on pas le temps de l'installer et le staff est en vacances pendant une période achalander et tu parcours 6 heures de route pour ramasser ta motoneige. Pas fort, vraiment pas impressionner.
