I have to say I am very impressed with the service we have received from this car company. Brad Adam's our sale guy was second to none he was amazing from start to finish. He kept us informed all the way from quotes to picking up the truck. We will go no where else for our truck needs in the future and reccomend anyone going there especially if you deal with Brad. Kerri the finace lady was absolutely amazing as well. Thanks again Brad for the best service we have ever experienced from a car dealer. We will be back.

Initial check to drop off my vehicle could have been better organized - I had an appointment booked for 7:30 am and ended up waiting till almost 8:00 am to drop off my vehicle. However, the actual vehicle service was OK and done in a timely manner. It is also hard to get through the phone to reach the right person; when I called them I got kicked around several times between different people before reaching the right person. Overall impression: good mechanical service but overall work organizing and planning could have been better. My overall rating is 4 out of 5.

bought a certified pre-owned car 1 yr ago. Very low mileage and a beautiful car to drive. 2 weeks after the problems started. I didnt get the extended warranty because I was told everything was in perfect working order. Plus with the very low mileage I figured I wouldnt have any problems with it. I had a part replaced after only 2 weeks and I had to pay for it myself even tho there was a 3 month warranty on the car. The trunk was rusted and hidden with paint used with a brush. I took it back and got it repainted and 2 months after the rust came back. Never did get it repaired again!!. In 1 yr I spent 2000.00 on parts and labor. I love my car but I dont love the problems. The worst part is it took 6 months to reach the manager!! Will never buy GMC car again!

I've been coming here for years. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Free Wi-Fi, customer seating area with TV, mini aquarium and a coffee shop that also serves snacks and sandwiches. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Your satisfaction is always top priority.

This is the worst dealership in all of Newfoundland . Customer Service is very poor and once they make their sale and got your money , will never fix a problem with a vehicle you purchase . Especially a used vehicle !!!! Try making a complaint and you get nowhere . Would highly recommend if buying a vehicle from this dealership run don't walk .
