Go to this store whenever I'm in the Mall. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. I just wish that they had a way to see if a brand is cruelty free. Probably a head office issue since they dictate how brands are displayed.

i got my morpheXJamesCharles palette today and I DIDNT EVEN KNOW I COULD. went in for Kush mascara, came out a changed sister, literally.
They have a great variety and selection of higher end and luxury makeup, perfume, makeup tools and facial products. The store is organized and laid out well but some aisles are a bit tight (especially with Covid-19 regulations in place). On my visit today, a lot of the products I wanted were sold out or not available in store. I also walked past two employees (who were chatting/gossiping) three times without any offer of help while I was looking for my list of products that I wanted, specifically Tom Ford products (I never found them). The cashiers, however, were VERY friendly, helpful and nice. Very pleasant experience and I LOVE the products I purchased in the meantime.
They have started having The Ordinary products in store (yay!!) and staff have always been some of the greatest.
Staff are wonderful and very helpful. They are knowledgeable in all their products and offer suggestions based on your specific needs. They do a grand job entertaining my toddler as well
