Robert inspected the shell of our to-be-finished home, and I would recommend him to everybody! He looked at our home as if his own family would be moving in. He was extremely thorough and explained all issues clearly and effectively. He took the time to make sure we understood his report, and answered all questions we had. Overall, we are very thankful to Robert for his time and expertise in ensuring our dream home is perfect. Your home is in safe hands with him! :)

As a first time home buyer I was so confused about the whole inspection, I didn't know what matters and what doesn't, Rob not only wrote a brilliant report that's very detailed and comprehensive, he also arranged for a zoom meeting to go over any part that I didn't understand. I highly recommend Rob, he will be the one inspecting any house I consider!
I hired Robert Miller as my home inspector. I was so impressed with his quality and thorough inspection. The report he gave me, I will be able to go back over for years if I ever need to upgrade anything in the future. He took the time to explain anything and everything to me.
