The professional Krown has been managing my properties for several years, and during this time, I have not encountered any issues with the services they offer. I firmly believe that allowing Krown to manage my properties has increased my income far beyond what would be possible if I had opted to manage the properties myself. The staff at Krown has always responded to my communications promptly, even during nights, weekends, and holidays. In addition to this, Krowns 24-hour emergency service line gives me and my tenets the peace of mind that any issues that may arise will be dealt with quickly.

Slow to respond to issues, washing machine leak wasn’t fixed for several weeks, tried charging me late fees after rent was paid on time via etransfer but not accepted by them for several days, I paid to have the place cleaned before leaving and 150 was still taken out of my security deposit for “cleaning fee” anyway. Wouldn’t recommend.
