Brought my two toddlers in to get some cool new shoes for their birthday at the Avalon Mall location. Staff were so accommodating and helpful with finding sizing that fit! Will definitely be returning!

Journey's has an incredibly generous return policy, offering a full year to return your purchase (In new condition) so you can make sure you absolutely love it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping here, although sizes can sometimes be scarce.
