I ended up at that place after surviving a housefire. In my opinion, it's basically like a prison without bars. Staff make you follow their rules, which in some cases are repressive, & take away from your basic human rights. The food is the worse I ever tasted in my life, bar none. This place is one step away from living on the street, it is a for profit corporation, that is contracted by the provincial government. No, I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
