I was very interested in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek but was very disappointed in the salesperson and their approach. The reviews of the service department didn't help my decision to walk away either. I've been a 'Capital' customer for a long time but not anymore. They need to do better.
Another great experience here. Second visit to the service/repair department (two different subaru cars) and the same excellent service. Great people, very professional. I didn’t buy my cars here, but (if I lived here) I’d buy from Capital Subaru based on the service I get from the service/repair department alone.

Booked a test drive online and received a prompt reply. My appointment was late in the day so I didn't have much time. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I specifically went to test drive a Crosstrek. The vehicle was very clean. Loved the vehicle.
