Team was knowledgeable and capable, but there was a huge lack of understanding with regards to anxiety/fear going into surgery... Disappointed with the experience I had and the lack of compassion shown, but overall happy to finally be rid of my wisdom teeth.

Here as a family member of someone getting a tooth plucked. Someone waiting. Key takeaways: 1. The layout of the building is weird. Half tricky finding where the clinic is. Inside side door, up the stairs. 2. This couch im sitting in is really comfy. 3. Really interesting business magazines. 4. Half pretty ladies work here. 5. Nicely spaced out waiting room. Would I recommend waiting here? Absolutely. Few stores around too to go shopping if youre not patient like me. Cheers

The ladies here are phenomenal, I want to point out in particular one nurse who went over the top to make sure I felt comfortable, I think her name was Melony, she answered every question I asked and was so great at explaining everything she was doing and why. Helped to put my mind at ease before the actual procedure

My only fear: The dentist. However, here (notably Shannon Davis), I was comfortable before, during and after the surgery - even during and after recovery. I did everything they asked me to for recovery and it was a quick and painless one. Very, very happy. (and I got 5 teeth out!)

had my top and bottom right side wisdom teeth extracted, only part i felt was the IV, currently home recovering and making sure to follow the rules i was given!
