We had a leak in our basement last year and had put off getting the crack fixed. I came across a Facebook post giving this company great reviews so decided to try them out. I am glad that I did! I really enjoyed the professionalism and great customer service. I believe it was Wes that came and provided us with great knowledge on the crack and the foundation in our basement. They were able to make a quick appointment and within a couple of days the job was done. They also provide a warranty which provides you with piece of mind that they stand behind their work. I will definitely keep the crack specialist in mind when I plan to finish the basement.

Me and my wife are new home owners in the area. After moving in we discovered this crack in our foundation and immediately had a small panic attack..After making a post on Facebook for advice, the top suggestion was the Crack Specialists. I sent them an email and the next morning right at 9am I got a call from Lorrie who assured me my house wasn’t caving in, but just so we don’t worry was still going to send one of their technicians to check it out.. well, the gentleman named Wes just left my house and I could not be happier. Wes assured us our home was well built, did a full inspection of my grounds, basement, foundation, and windows. Said the cracks I was seeing and freaking out about were totally typical and to not freak out. Even showed me and my wife how to properly test our sump pumps simply because we told him we were unsure. Tried to pay him at the end of it and all he wanted was a handshake. Class acts all the way and would absolutely recommend these guys any time. Thank you, Lorrie and Wes!

The Customer Service has been incredible to try to accommodate the appointment to get a major crack fixed! The Technician came in, super friendly and kind. He explained all the process and the reasons behind his choices and the best approach to fix it. He saved the drywall as much he could. He finished the job and cleaned everything! Thank you again.
