Ray and his team were fantastic to deal with! They removed 11 trees in our back yard. Two of the trees were really dead and they did a great job. My backyard was left spotless....was very impressed and happy with the work and completion. Would definitely recommend. Joyce H.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Rayzor Edge Tree Service in removing our large locust tree. Ray and his entire crew (Brody, Rob and The Green Helmet) were very polite, professional and highly skilled. I appreciated Ray's clearly stated quote with our various options listed. The cutting team impressed us with their ability to meet the many challenges of this particular job: a narrow access to our backyard, a steep slope, a neighbour's cedar hedge, the close proximity of the tree to our house, heavy branches overhanging 2 rooftops etc. It was quite miraculous how those young men were able to swing the cut branches down to the drop zone without incurring any damage given the difficulties. We would highly recommend Rayzor Edge Tree Service.
I had been calling around to get quotes to get a huge tree in my backyard trimmed. I called 4 different places and Rayzor Edge was the only one that got back to me right away (AND only one of 2 that actually returned my call). They quoted the job quickly after our first contact. I thought their quote was extremely fair (and came in significantly less than the other quote). When they came to do the pruning I wasn't home (though I was conveniently informed by text message that they were coming the evening before), but the job was done professionally and cleanly! Other than my pruned tree, I would never have known they were even there. After receiving their invoice via email, payment was easy and contact-free. Everything about my experience with the Rayzor Edge Tree Service Team was professional, easy, quick and well priced. A great experience overall!
Rayzor Edge, responded to our inquiry in a timely manner and have answered all questions raised during the initial job review and beyond. The team working on the job have been great to work with. The work they do, and the friendly service they provide says it all. Highly recommended to anyone in the Waterloo Region needing some work completed for tree removal or clean-up. Absolutely incredible service from Rayzor Edge Tree Service. Ray and his Crew were performing work at my neighbours house and I observed their professionalism and service in action there. Once I contacted Ray for work at my own home, his responsiveness and knowledge really won me over. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this company.
