From the quotation with Nick to completion of my new furnace installation everything has been excellent. I had prompt, helpful replies to my questions after receiving a very competitive quotation. Kevin called me the night before the scheduled install to confirm and he and Colin arrived right on time this morning. Everything went smoothly, these guys are friendly and very professional, right down to cleaning up after and running through operation of the new thermostat. There were a couple questions through the day and Kevin got quick replies from the office to sort things out. He noticed that the safety shut off switch was not properly located and corrected it without an up charge. Colin even swept the leaves off my porch as they were cleaning up ! The world would be a better place if everyone was as friendly and conscientious as this team. Thank you !

I am extremely happy with Richmond Heating and Air. I trusted them 26 years ago to install a new furnace in my home and when it now came for replacement after years of reliable service I called Richmond Heating. The representative Jeremy came out with an excellent and professional manner and helped with the process for picking out something to suit our needs and he actually was the one who installed the original unit. The installers Kevin and Dylan were the most professional in there job and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after a very large job and stayed till the job was done and we were happy and the bill was more than fair. What can I say from start to finish the team at Richmond went above and beyond my expectations. The company should be proud of their team. We've used Richmond for several years, both in our own home and at our rental property, and have always been impressed with their excellent work, friendly technicians and staff, and prompt service. So when our home furnace died in the wee hours, there was no question who to call. Once again, Richmond came through! From the quick and detailed estimates provided by Nick to the outstanding work done by Kevin and Colin (I don't think those guys even stopped for lunch during the installation!), we were treated like royalty. Arrived on time as promised, cleaned up thoroughly when done, very conscientious of caring for our property and of covid masking protocols -- and best of all, the whole team re-jigged their schedules so that we could have heat asap. I am a very pleased customer.
