I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. In reality I had made my way down all the way from Toronto to look at a 2019 Tiguan to gift to my wife. I met a gentleman named Josh who was very helpful from the very beginning,. I ended up purchasing the vehicle on the spot. Josh is very knowledgeable and made the process very straightforward and comfortable. They went out of their way, above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The experience at this location was by far the most amazing one I've had when buying a car. The staff was incredible. Big thanks to Josh for all his help and Ian who took his time to explain in detail everything I needed to know regarding the financing and extension warranty. You guys are truly the best.

Purchased a 2020 VW Tiguan with Josh Dawe this month and all I can say is - WOW! I had test drove numerous vehicles in Niagara from various dealerships and Josh was hands down, the best. From the first interaction with Rob, we knew we were in excellent hands! The staff, including Rob, Dylan, and CJ were extremely professional and in my opinion, went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle that I wanted! Everything is ok，but I didn’t get Volkswagen bear.My friend bought the car from other city she got a VW bear T_T. When I got my car, inside is not very clean. But Jules is very nice！She answered my all questions，and she gave me a good plan for my car. The photo is her information. She really good! I want to say everything is good. Beetle is my dream car.
