I love this store, their return policy is fair, unlike another big named one who only allows returns within 24 hours. I need at least a few days to decide if the item I purchased fits or in the case of electronics, works properly. I know with Value Village I'm given a number of days to make a return; it may be 5 days but I could be wrong. I always leave Value Village with something useful and at a great price.

To be honest, I have found some gems in this store, not limited to clothing but headphones, tableware and baking things. It’s worth a try because it has its good days. it’s location is great too because there’s restaurants and fun things to do nearby.

There are great deals to be found. The guys taking the donations are always friendly.

The largest selection of quality used clothing. Truly the best and biggest. Only downside is that it is a little more expensive than the other thrift stores but you will find a full wardrobe of quality clothing. Also great selection of used shoes/boots. Avg prices are between 8-20

So very, very expensive for a USED thrift store. Especially given that the quality isnt in that great of shape. They take the brand name, google it then price based on that forgetting that A the point is to assist low income people and B half of the name brand stuff they're selling for 20 is from the Dollarama- yes name brand at dollarama. PLUS look at this change room how disgusting is that?! This is St. Catharines. Coincidentally 4 years ago I complained to the Niagara falls one for being DIRTY, STICKY, AND GROSS. Now this one is just as bad.
