Brandon was amazing to deal with! Very personable and had vast knowledge on the various types of pests that we were concerned with. He is a wonderful ambassador for Truly Nolen. Kudos to Truly Nolan on having this type of person to represent their company. It is surprising how many companies these day lack the customer service skills to keep a customer loyal, Truly Nolan is hands down one of the best that we have experienced by far. From dealing with the office, billing inquiries and scheduling service calls they are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Furthermore, we have had the spider control now for 3 years, it works amazingly well. In the 3 seasons that we have used them I may have only seen about 6 spiders! Pretty impressive considering our location! Thank you so much Truly Nolan and Brandon!

Truly Nolen has been amazing each time we dealt with them. The receptionist is friendly and polite on the phone, and Jeff was great to deal with in person . Down to earth and friendly, he was polite on the phone to check in the day before, and he took care of FIVE wasp nests in and around our home with ease. They have a great policy that you pay the fee once for a pest and they return for the season to take care of the same issue if it reoccurs. I will recommend Truly Nolen in St. Catharines to anyone who has a pest issue! Thank you for getting rid of our wasp issue.
Had rat problems in my garage. A big male, female, and 5 pups. I tried 2 other exterminator services and nobody wanted to do the work. Called truly Nolan and they sent a specialist down. He was polite, professional, and confident he could tackle the problem. The pups died off within a week of bait being set. The adults took a bit longer but they were a lot smarter. It took a couple more weeks but finally the problems solved. Very impressed. The fellow showed concern for my dog and worked with me to ensure he could not get at the bait, and left me very detailed instructions if he did . Aside from that he offered me instructions to help safeguard the home to prevent future infestations. Thanks guys
Just renewed my spider and mosquito control services for next year. Guys who came to my house this year were always super friendly and helpful. Very easy to work with with. :)
Brandon was very helpful with our rodent problem. He explained everything thoroughly. Also had two other visits for spider and mosquito spray. Very happy with all services. When calling office staff was very helpful. I feel this is a company with great customer service that you can rely on. Highly recommend.
