I have shipped items with this UPS location only twice, but BOTH times I was told I would receive the tracking number later in the day. NEITHER time did I receive the tracking number, and I had to call to follow up. I have never shipped with any other courier service, USPS or Canada Post, and NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER AT POINT OF SALE. Once is a mistake, twice is a problem. I would not recommend using this UPS location, but if you do, ask for your package to be fully processed and get the tracking number BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Owner seems to be a nice guy, but needs to have a more organized, consistent system I order to provide tracking numbers to customers immediately.

The owner franchisee... if he cant get at least a smile on his face towards customers instead of that miserable demeanor he has every time someone comes in the door he is in the wrong business. Or he needs to hire some staff to help him learn some customer service skills which he presently has none of .

Nothing against the UPS store here and its employess they are just doing the best they can.. but they have to stop telling customers when a package will arrive when they have absolutely no knowledge/or idea of when any package will get to its destination. Most of the time they are not even close. I am speaking about UPS as a whole as a courier company. I am not going into specifics on my last 2 shipments as its a very long complicated story. If your shipping to the U S its a 50 /50 chance it will get there on time or even get there, and if it does it will be weeks and weeks before it gets to its destination usually with fingers crossed its arrived in one piece. Its amazing how just a small envelope can sit in their own plant in Concord Ontario for 7 entire days before it even heads to the border. Every one should know that these franchises owners who are just trying to make a living who run these UPS stores unfortunately represent the worst overall courier company in North America. Never again will I step foot to ship anything in those UPS stores. Call Fedex or even Purolater..yes its a little more but they can gaurantee its going to get to its destination in the time they tell you it is specially when you pay extra for it. If you have no choice but to use UPS get insurance on the shipment ..as much as you can get as your going to need it. If you live in St Catherines and when the U S border at Niagara Falls finally opens up your best bet is to take the package or envelope over the border to the post office there. They are polite and great to deal with at both the Niagara Falls post offices.... been doing it for years its much cheaper even with the exchange and it gets to destination within 48 to 72 hours at the latest anywhere in the U S doesnt matter the size or weight. Stay away from UPS !!!!! Remember there is a reason why they are cheaper then all the other courier /shipping companies. Think about it..

With all these bads reveiws I will not use UPs. Will try fedex TY
