They were unable to fulfill my order and, in the middle of negotiating how to remedy the situation, (they were offering to send equivalent items) they cut contact and refunded my order. I would have been okay with this solution with even just an ounce of communication prior. I will not order from them again. For clarity: I had ordered 3 vivid voltage build and battles. You offered to instead to send either 3 Darkness ablaze build and battles (LOL) or 12 loose vivid voltage packs, a charizard promo, and two random promos. Instead of one of the promos(Donphan), I asked if equivalent credit was an acceptable substitute. At no point did I \demand\ anything. In fact you said \like a credit for the Donphan I could do that\ and then canceled out of nowhere. I did ask if you might offer a small discount code for the inconvenience of this all afterward, but key word there is \ask.\ You are now implying I was trying to take advantage of you. Great customer service.

No doubt in my mind that this is the best shop in the Niagara area for pokemon. Since I moved to the area I've gone here for singles and pre sealed as the selection is amazing. The owner is there most of the time and is an amazing guy. Kind, courteous and helps you out when you need it. The website functions well and the new shop location is conveniently right off the highway and much nicer than last location. They also have a great selection of yugioh, toys, a few board games and more. If you're a nerd like me than this is your one stop shop. J.H
