Why is it impossible to find a way to reach people by phone from outside the branch? No list of employees, no telephone/extension numbers. We have been customers since the 1970's but feel like outsiders

Started to close their ATM on the weekends. Bad customer service.
Why are the doors to the \24hr\ ATM locked at 620?
I miss that big clock. Wish when they removed it . They also removed the screw. When i go there. It is 99% quick in and out.
Friendly staff, prompt service, large parking lot, two ATM's, full branch service, investment advisors, safety deposit boxes.
