Very convenience
like
A nice, generally clean terminal to wait in while you wait for your bus that is late. Nice staff, friendly security guards and fun patrons. Occasionally when you need to use the washroom, it gets a little weird. It's nice that they're now locked and must be opened by the security guard. Keep on waiting, friends!
Washrooms are total filth, no soap dispenser in woman's washroom which is just beyond disgusting. I definitely see an attempt to clean the place up ie: security guards and locked washrooms now. Staff seem fairly knowledgeable but could definitely use some customer service training. Bus drivers on the other hand are great!
Dirty, always getting panhandlers asking me for money or cigarettes. Glad I don't have to go there often.
I have missed the bus countless times because bus drivers leave earlier than scheduled. They think leaving a minute earlier doesnt make a difference but it does. If you are scheduled leave at 4:50 then leave at 4:50 not 4:49!!!! It makes a big difference!!! (Im looking at you 409)
