I'm very late to leaving this review but Steve was fantastic to work with. His communication and ability to explain things thoroughly were extremely helpful when my initial SSD with Windows went South. Prices are fair and services are excellent quality! Thank you again for helping me out!

My one son’s desktop computer was not performing optimally (especially during gaming) and he noticed through a diagnostic test that the internal temp of his computer was significantly higher than his brother’s identical computer. We took the computer to a local shop in NF and after telling him about the temp issue, he had the computer a couple days and said he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. 75 later we picked it up from him but my son was still having issues. So my son purchased a replacement cooling fan and when we attempted to do this ourselves we quickly found out we needed an expert. So after searching reviews upon reviews, we settled on Steve with SLP Computers in St. Catharines. He took all the purchased items and because of the holidays, within a couple weeks he replaced the fans, had to make some adjustments, installed additional security software and ran diagnostics to make sure it was running properly. We picked up the computer recently and it is running perfectly! Thank You Steve! You’ve earned a customer for life and I’ll be sure to let everyone else I know about your excellent service. Vince D.
My computer kept crashing due to blue screens and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Brought it here and it was fixed no problem for a good price and I was communicated with during the entire process which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.
Steve was great to work with, computers aren't my specialty and Steve walked me through step by step of what my laptop needed done to it. Since receiving it back I've had zero issues. Very satisfied costumer and will continue to use SLP computer repairs in the future.
Steve repaired our Computer within two days of receiving parts which were delayed because Covid times. He kept us informed in the meantime. The price was reasonable and his analysis was accurate. We have been Steve 'clients for several years and we appreciate his work.
