This place has never ever let me down, and has amazing customer service. I’m really clumsy and have broken parts of pieces I buy there and they’re always happy to help, it’s a really good tactic to keep someone coming back because I don’t think I’ve ever bought my 420 things anywhere else. :)
The man who helped me and my roommates was excellent. He was patient and as we are not very knowledgeable he took the time to explain everything to us to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was incredibly friendly and overall a nice guy with great customer service. We unfortunately did not get his name but he had a mustache. Would recommend this place because of him!
I love coming here, they're so helpful and kind. They consistently have the cheapest prices and best available product in Niagara, and I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time I come in. They all have such an intimate knowledge of the products which is helpful in choosing my best options and tend to have some sort of deal going on no matter the day :) 12/10 would recommend.
