Josh Holland is a professional through and through. He took very good care of me when I bought my house. His relaxed but gets-the-job-done personality makes him fun to deal with and he fights to get you what you want. He was willing to arrange viewings and was responsive when I wanted to look at a place. He lways came prepared with infomation about the listing too, which was super helpful. Yes I agree SCAMMERS The guy Terence Davids we came across is a con artist. He is so full of himself, showing around a house is an act of modelling/acting for him. He cares for his commission only. Period!!! What a bad experience, would not recommend to my enemies. Please find someone with brains heart and soul they are only flesh!
