I’ve always contended that having a good pharmacist is as important as having a good physician, and in Shiva and Enrico, you surely have two of the best in the Niagara region. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and abreast of current trends in pharmaceutical practice and research, they both take a genuine interest in your health and well-being. A sign in the pharmacy says, “I am your pharmacist and neighbour. Not always in that order.” And that’s the way you feel; every customer is treated with respect and personal care. And if you have a question or concern, they are there for you – even if it means an after-hours phone call. And the entire pharmacy staff reflects this philosophy – every employee is welcoming, affable and helpful. Altogether, a great pharmacy.

the female staff are usually really snotty and condescending to me, I feel like I am looked down upon simply for my age (I am much younger than most of the people who fill their prescriptions there) and my outward appearance every time I go there. super uncomfortable, especially as someone with severe anxiety.

Called my Rx in two hours ahead of time and it wasn’t ready when i got there, two of the people behind the pharm counter weren’t wearing masks or COVID protection at all

Good pharmacy, staff is great but technology isn't perfect if you have a script sent there via fax you should always call the doctors office to confirm it was sent and always call the pharmacy to confirm its arrived. Other than that the pharmacist is great, the staff is great and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone very friendly atmosphere. And close to home if you live around there.

Dealt with Irene on Friday night. Asked if they could fill a prescription that night because it was about an hour before close. Instead, Irene spent approximately 15 minutes arguing with me about why they couldn't possibly do it. We went elsewhere and had the prescription within 30 minutes. There's no excuse for her attitude. I'll be changing pharmacies because of this. Good job, Irene. Hope it was worth it. I'm editing this to add that the other pharmacist, or the assistant, was more than willing to make the medication. Irene refused. She then advised me that there was no other pharmacy in town that would make this prescription and we just needed to wait. It was not a situation in which we could wait, hence my frustration. I've already changed pharmacies and won't be back. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff is very nice, but I won't do business with Irene again. I don't understand how it's possible to be a pharmacist with so little empathy for sick people.
