We have had Pas Word Protection service our building for more than a decade and we have been very happy with their work. Pete, the technicians, and the staff at the Response Centre have been great to work with; they are professional in their work. I recommend using Pas Word's services in your home or business!

I had a surveillance system installed in my house. The salesman, Pete was a great salesman who didn't try to push me into crazy sales, understood what I was looking for and was a pleasant person to deal with. The service technicians Shawn and Bryan were fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, from the camera install to explaining the internet portion. There are no bulky and ugly wires showing outside my walls. Everything is hidden and beautiful. My family feels more comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Pasword.

They do not work with you, bureaucratic. We needed wireless for whole system as our house was finished. Some sensors began failing. We were told that the whole system had to be replaced since that line was discontinued. I was adamant that I wanted to have a new system based on a wireless standard so that this would not happen again (that replacement parts would always be available). They were adamant that was not an option. They wanted us to take the full risk that we may need to replace an entire 2000 system at anytime in the future. Neither they nor the manufacturers are willing to take any risk. So I closed down the account. Or so I thought. I got a bill around a year later that we have an overdue balance. We did not have a functioning alarm system during that time; we were not getting any service. Their monitoring centre would clearly see our system was not running. I explained the situation but they absolutely insisted that I pay that balance. I was clear that we do want the service, we DO want to be a customer, but we want to make sure we have a long-term service for our investment. Nope. So after about 2 years, I will pay the bill, sign up with another company, and leave these reviews. For the gain of 162.04 they have lost at least one revenue stream, likely more.

I met with PASword a couple of weeks ago and had no issues. Family run company and first class service.

STRANGE, with this company, every time we went away and notified them we will be away we would have alarms, the police would come costing us response fees; upon returning home the service guy would call and insist we needed a service call, costing money BUT when we went away and did not notify them we never had any alarms of problems..?? Strange but true!
