My Car Battery had died . I called Part Source and spoke to Darrio. This guy went above and beyond in helping me out. Lucky for me it was covered under warranty. When I went in to check it out he was on lunch so Gord helped me out in replacing the Battery. Great Customer service .

I originally spoke to the store in welland, they told me the St. Catharines location had the parts I needed, I called up to speak to an employee to confirm this, they confirmed they had both parts and I asked they be brought to the front so I didn’t have to go over it all again upon arrival. When I got there this employee didn’t even remember speaking to me, the parts were not at the front as asked and one of them wasn’t even in stock, as we determined by their endless slow trips to the back looking for parts numbers that weren’t right. The second employee that was attempting to help couldn’t even remember what I wanted and kept having to ask again. All I can say is I will never be back to this store, one more customer sent firmly to NAPA.
Decent prices and selection. Helpful staff. Connected with Canadian tire too if you need to order parts. Can do payment plans too on parts through Canadian tire which is cool
