I had my tires rotated today, as usual everyone I dealt with was welcoming and efficient. The man at the desk was quick to ask me how he could help me, I just wanted my tires Rotated, gave him my keys and sat down, in less than 10 minutes the young man that did the work Handed me the keys and apologized for not parking my car in the handicapped spot ( it was the next spot over) I’ve been dealing exclusively with Niagara battery and tire since 1985 they were good then, now They’re great!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but given my experience last year I will NEVER return, and hope that others will do the same. I have done business multiple times with Niagara Battery and Tire in the past, but this is the absolute last time... Last year I ordered brand new winter tires and in the first week, 3 tires started to deflate. How can brand new tires start to deflate? Well the guys at Niagara Battery did not clean the edge of my rims - but instead just slapped new tires on top of the rust. There was no time or care involved after spending a good 900 with them. When I brought my deflated tires to their attention, they simply put some black tar like material inside my tires, instead of taking the time to remove rust from around the edge of my rims. The wheels I had on my truck prior to these winter tires were beautiful brand new chrome American Racing rims which I spend over 1200 on, including the rubber... When the guys switched out those chrome rims for the winter rims, they zipped off the chrome, THREW THEM ON THE GROUND in the parking lot (with no care) and SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW RIMS! These people are either ignorant, or don't care about how stuff comes in. As long as their product goes out - that's all that matters. Totally careless and sloppy. There are much better tire shops that take good care of your property (such as Goodyear on Lake street). If you want sloppy work done on your vehicle, and don't care that a bunch of monkeys are dealing with your vehicle, then by all means keep giving Niagara Battery and Tire your hard earned money. Otherwise, take my advice and seek another business to deal with.
I purchased brand new tires on Tuesday Feb 16th. The 4 tires cost 680 and came with a tire warranty. 2 days later well driving down Highway 6 my NEW TIRE BLEW, on the INSIDE OF THE SIDE TIRE. Thank goodness I was able to control my car without getting into an accident. I return to Niagara Battery and Tire in Welland as only had tires for 2 days and they advised not covered under my tire warranty. I must have hit the concrete curb on the side of the road...REALLY, 1- When was the last time they drove the highway. There is no concrete curb on the side of the road. 2- It was on the inside of the tire. They need to take ownership and admit the sold a faulty tire and replace it under the warranty. I am more then sure my son isn't the only one they've done this to...
