Had an amazing experience today at Mobile Klinik Penn Centre location today. Have an iPhone XS that had a software issue where the screen was frozen. We tried everything but couldn’t get it restart. Went to the Klinik and met the nicest and most friendliest young gentleman there. He immediately payed us attention and right away new what the problem was. Took the phone and run through diagnostic and was able to fix the phone in less than an hour. Absolutely amazing service. The most friendliest as well. After everything was done and we were ready to pay, but the gentleman there refused to charge anything. Nothing at all. We were so surprised and pleased with such a friendly service. We will and also highly recommend everyone else to bring their business there. Truly 5 star service. Thank you guys!!!
