While normally our 'go-to' for fast food, tonight the food quality was so poor - the onion rings were far too long in the oil, the bun was so greasy that it 'shined' in the light. The burger so greasy that it had an oily type of taste.... There were a couple of vehicles in the drive-thru, so there shouldn't have been a problem with food quality...... It wasn't anywhere near closing time... This is now the second time like this.... I think it's time to move on to another burger joint or try one of the other ones in the area.....

I just left this location about 45 minutes ago and while I was there I witnessed the worst type of working environment I have ever seen in any food and beverage establishment. The employees were acting completely unprofessional in a multitude of ways. Profanity was being tossed around like nothing, no one was communicating anything in regards to the food and drink they were poorly serving, an employee was leaning his rear end on the prep area (where your burgers are dressed, thanks Liam), the same employee wasn’t doing anything at all work-related but instead speaking and spitting all over the warming station where the burgers are kept and to TOP IT ALL OFF they forgot to make my single junior burger. I heard the female employee who forgot to make my burger make a sad excuse about the fact that it was someone else’s fault that she didn’t do her job properly... oh I could go on... but thankfully there was Tina. Tina was polite and apologized for the extra long waiting time. She dressed my burger the way I asked and I was pleased only with the service I received from her. Thank you, Tina. I’m so sorry you have to work with such an unprofessional group of employees. You deserve to be happier than you were this evening at your workplace. My junior burger and small fry were cold. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this place if I tried. It was unhygienic, unprofessional, and just plain distasteful. Upper Management, you definitely need to come down on this one.
Just like Swiss Chalet across the way from Harvey's, I will not be returning to this location. I used to go here all the time and the food was always delicious. The last time I bought a burger and onion rings from this location, the burger meat looked like it had some sort of filler in it, and the onion rings were way oiler than normal. A little gross for my taste, and I did not even finish the burger. What a waste of money.
Use your AAA card and get 10% off! W ehad no idea until the cashier asked us! Great Burgers and Poutine.
Super friendly and understanding when I ordered. I didn't know the menu very well and they were so patient with me and helping me find what I actually wanted. Plus the food was SO GOOD!!
