We had a great experience with First General. They arrived at our home in Welland quickly after we called and were extremely professional to deal with. We had water come through our floor when our sump pump seized during a storm. First General came in to do moisture readings and helped us to assess the damage. With their help and equipment rental, we were able to avoid an insurance claim and get back up to code quickly. Thank you for your terrific service!

During this windstorm, I had shingles missing and my fence blew down. We have pets that we care about and First General attended promptly to set up a temporary fencing so the dogs can go out safely. The roofer was here the next day. Very impressed with First General and their staff
