Beautiful and delicious fruits. A tad pricey though.
In July I purchased chocolate covered strawberries and gave them as a birthday gift. I placed the order on Fri and picked them up on Sat since they are closed on Sun. I asked, How long will they last? I was told by the next evening. I purposely dropped them off Sat night and when they went to eat them at lunch on Sun the strawberries were all mush and had to be thrown away. I called to let the owner know and I had to leave a message. I went in and had to leave a message. I called again and spoke with the person who told me they would be fine until Sun evening and she was going to let the owner know. Since I tried 3 times and there was no response from the owner I felt Edible Arrangements lacks customer service. I will no longer make any purchases from them. I had 3 birthdays in August and 1 in Sept which I would have bought items from them, but they lost my business. Since the owner did not acknowledge the previous transaction I decided not to purchase from them and let others know so that they don't waste their money. I would give it zero stars, but I had to put 1 in order for it to post.
We purchased the overpriced fruit on stick arrangements in the past and were satisfied with service but our last experience will be the last! We ordered an arrangement to celebrate a birthday. The arrangement was not delivered, and we are stuck days later with not one but TWO charges on our Visa card. Yes, we order on arrangement but are being charged for two arranges that did not get delivered and with no way to get a refund! Phoning local stores you get no support, and they tell to \take up with head office\ without giving a contact name, phone number, or email address. Phoning the number posted by the Bank with the Visa transaction is worse. Nobody ever answers the phone, and they give you an endless propaganda message, asking to leave a message but giving you no way to do so before you are looped back to the start of the propaganda. Very frustrating! If we could give a negative star rating we would. We are never again customers.
