Probably the best transaction at a dealer I’ve ever had. Josh was new but , I being a business man could tell he had been trained very well and had the backing of senior staff. Brit was super to deal with and made the transaction smooth. Put it this way I bought my next truck already there Ps. 2.5 hr drive for me and it doesn’t bother me. Very happy.

First time a dealership has picked up my car at my residence and returned it by end of day. This process was seamless. There was good text contact with service manager responsible for my oil change and service on 2017 f150.Payment was made over the phone mid afternoon. He recommended an alignment which i took as was rotating the tires and had been driving with low air. i had requested a car wash to wash off salt but the inside wasn’t vacuumed. I’m not sure if that is part of the cleaning i paid for.

Lindsay stood out from the crowd and listened to exactly my criteria and needs for a new vehicle. She promptly replied to all my previsit emails with many great options and some good initial pricing that told me they were serious. Upon my arrival for the final 'deal', Lindsay brought AJ the salesmanager into the conversation. As such, there was zero lag or waiting 'to talk to the manager'..deal was done in 30 minutes. If you are looking for new Ford and think it isn't worth your time to come out to St.Catharines, just drop Lindsay a line.
