Great experience. Both my wife and I enjoyed our interactions with them. They gave us their honest opinion when coming in to assess our windows. Even with the COVID madness they remembered we had a deadline for the work we wanted done as we were expecting. During installation the arrived on time. There was a mixup with one of our windows, the manufacturer shipped the wrong window. They were apologetic and sorted it out very quickly for us. I was referred by a colleague that also had a great experience with them. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

I NEEDED SOME SMALL REPAIRS TO A BATHROOM WINDOW SO I CALLED AND REPORTED IT TO THEM. I WAS SURPRISED THAT WITHIN A HALF HOUR I GOT A CALL BACK AND THEY WERE THERE REPAIRING MY WINDOW ( I FIGURED IT WOULD TAKE A DAY OR SO FOR IT ALL TO BE COMPLETED ETC.) THE REPAIRMAN WAS PLEASANT AND TIDY WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. KUDOS DUO TEMP THANK YOU.
They came multiple time because we changed r minds several time they were always friendly made time around our schedule and found a way to get doth windows and frames for the cost of just the internal windows
