Dear Bruce and Holly, On behalf of my late mother Greta O'Shea, myself, her grandchildren and my mother's siblings, we would like to express a very heartfelt thank you and gratitude to You, Holly and Considerate Cremations and Burials. When we first met, your preparedness, depth of knowledge and experience, guidance, comfort, professionalism and understanding made the shock and loss of my mother less painful for all of us. As you know, my mother's passing was an unexpected outcome with her brief battle with cancer. Your guidance provided and prepared me for what I had and have to do, you and Holly have made this more tolerable and bearable for me and my family. Your ability to explain and provide the required documents and notifying the various governments on my behalf in of itself was extremely helpful and totally unexpected, BUT very welcomed! You treated my mother and our family with the greatest respect and dignity and any last-minute requests including opening on the Sunday for distant family members was more than I could have ever expected. in closing, please accept our heartfelt gratitude to you and Holly for the incredible service you were able to provide to my Mom, her 5 grandchildren were her twinkling stars of her universe; they were ever so grateful that you were as compassionate and caring towards their grandmother as she was for them. I was so upset when I lost my mom and didn't know where to begin. It was my first time having the responsibility of taking care of everything that needed to be done for someone who has passed away. Bruce McClelland made me feel like there wasn't anything to worry about. He was kind, understanding and very helpful. Bruce made the entire process stress free and so much easier for me. He took care of everything and was always there anytime I needed him, always being available when I called. Honest, Professional and Affordable without any kind of pressure. I highly recommend their services. I was very satisfied with everything that was done.

Considerate was everything I hoped for. A very kind and compassionate staff. They just guide you through the process with all the advice you need and no pressure. A good selection of urns and keepsakes. If you just want a simple cremation I can’t imagine anyone better than Holly and Bruce. Very reasonable but more importantly very kind and professional.

During the pre-planning process 2 years ago, Bruce took extraordinary care to present us with all the options in a compassionate and low-pressure way. When our mother passed last week, Bruce immediately took charge and paved the way for me, taking care of every detail including preparing all the aftercare paperwork . My family was extremely impressed with the quality of services and the intimate and comfortable surroundings. Bruce was very accommodating and took all the stress out of the arrangements which allowed us to be together as a family and say our final good byes to mom.
