Due to Covid, my wedding was delayed by a year. In December, my fiance and I wanted to just get married and decided that in February we would be wed. I called Moore's who advised me to wait until the lockdown was over to find a suit. I had previously done a fitting for a suit (groomsman) at Collins and remember it being a good experience. I got in contact with them and ended up in a zoom meeting with Curt Collins and Pat, the manager at the St Catharines location. Both were absolutely fantastic at educating my partner and I at the formal wear, and made the experience a breeze. Pat dropped my suit off at my house two weeks before the wedding to ensure a quality fit. I dropped in two days before the wedding to try it on one last time, and Pat was able to make an alteration to the pants that day. From start to finish the St Catharines location has exceeded all of our expectations. The customer service was excellent and I will always suggest them over Moore's.

My husband needed a Tuxedo so I started calling around to see who sold them. When I called Collins Formal Wear I spoke with Jennifer. She was wonderful. To me, when a person takes the time to answer all of your questions on the phone and not rush you is a big plus. We went in a few days later and Pat (the owner) took care of us. We were very impressed by the professionalism and his eye for details. Would recommend them completely.

A very pleasant experience. I've visited a 3 or 4 times and everyone is pleasant here. Prices seem inline with the standard. I had a small sizing issue but it was resolved extremely fast. Overall I will recommend and use them again.
