Honestly the only good thing about this place is the receptionist. Shes great. Other than that for my vaporizer and the ODSP form being signed I had submitted it before the summer and still have not received the completed form. Everytime I ask I get told their head doctor quit and they have not hired a new one. No one else can sign it I guess. So for over 6 months they dont have a head doctor? Also if you do not order because of whatever reason from your supplier the doctor threatens you to take away your prescription and it's a big no no to go through the legal shops even if their cheaper. The prices for the medical stuff is far more expensive than the legal stores and they only have 5 or 10 gram packages. For my 60 gram prescription it was over 500 dollars! That's with compassionate pricing, I work full time again so that means it would be even more now. Of course the black market it's far cheaper at around 250 - 300 and even the legal stores are becoming closer to black market prices for the fact they lose business to the underground market since it's far cheaper . The medical suppliers haven't even lowered their price once! I went back to pills for my medical issue because it's far far cheaper and far less hassle. If I didn't have a medical plan I would pay an arm and a leg for all my medications and marijuana still has no DIN number meaning no plan covers it and there seems to be no rush to fix that. The system is the worst system for a medical service I have ever encountered, to see the recreational market getting more efficient and cheaper than the medical market you know theres something wrong with it. And again you dont hear of any plans to improve it, the focus is all on the recreational market since it brings in beaucoup tax dollars. Do yourself a favor and just stick to your friendly neighborhood dealer or the shops, waste of time getting a prescription sadly.

Fast, easy, informative and a friendly staff! They absolutely DO help with psychological health issues! Registration for products only takes about a week! They have fast response when needing to discuss anything and are very helpful in choosing a provider and knowing what products may work best.

Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences. This is now my second clinic and just as the first, they use a telemedicine (skype). That shouldnt be any issue in my opinion, as there isnt anything that cannot be addressed in this method. Despite what others have said I have been given all proper documents to grow at home and I have also been directed towards compassionate pricing without requesting. When reading reviews from others you really should consider who has written them. Leaving few stars without an explanation is a waste of everyones time.

EDIT: The real shame is that your doctor accused me of a being a recreational user after 3 years based on the fact I wanted to grow my own medicine. It's no coincidence that Bodystream is owned by Canopy. The doctor has to sign a form to provide your prescription in the first place, so there is no issue signing a form to grow at home. Canopy doesn't want to lose revenue from home growing, that's why it's not even an option at Bodystream clinics. ---------- I've been a licensed patient for nearly 3 years without any issues. This time I mentioned I wanted to get my license to grow at my own home. The doctor did not like this. He insisted I was consuming for recreational purposes, revoked my license and told me to buy from LCBO when it's legal. The whole set up is a joke. Skyping with a doctor who you never meet in person. Dealing with a different doctor EVERY TIME you go. Very disappointed with the doctor I had to deal with and the experience I had.
