From the first meeting, I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from Brooks at BioPed. She answered my questions thoroughly and made my insoles and made recommendations for footwear that would work for me. I purchased a pair of shoes she recommended and with the insoles she made for me, my feet have never felt better. I am very grateful my neighbor recommended BioPed! I attended Bioped for orthotics as my feet have many \special needs\! Everyone who works in there - especially patty and the girls at the front desk - are extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. As with many folks who wear orthotics my feet are very unique. Both the shoes I chose and the orthotics I had custom made needed adjusting and different sizing. These folks made sure to get THE best fit and the perfect orthotics for me without ever making it feel like it was a chore! Well done & I wish I had brought my orthotic needs to you sooner!

Amazing staff, and service. Kind, knowledgeable staff who were very impressive with biomechanics analysis. As a family who has worn orthotics for years we definitely noticed a caliber of service we have not yet seen before. Definitely would recommend a visit to bioped!

I am very pleased with my custom orthotics/shoe lifts I purchased from BioPed - St. Catharines. It has been a few weeks since I got them and now that I have fully broken into them I can really tell what a world of difference it makes for me. One of the best decisions I ever made. Brooks and the rest of the BioPed staff were very helpful and took good care of me. The entire process was very simple, only took two visits and consultation is free! I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family and will definitely return!
