Reading the bad reviews makes me wonder why anyone is expecting best buy customer service from a warehouse space selling goods at warehouse prices. Here you will find a good deal and as long as you pay attention at purchase when associates plug in and test your product in front of you then you're set. We had a miscommunication with delivery and damage liability and the owner was gracious enough to still help us. Chances are if you break your TV on the way home and lie about it you won't get much help on your final sale item (rightfully so). Will definitely come back when I need discounted electronics and am brave enough to transport and set up on my own!
