Outstanding! Melanie and her team are incredible they accommodated me wholeheartedly more than I could have imagined and I am so thankful. My friend and I had an amazing time paddle boarding today with their wet suits and equipment we were all dry and warm! Amazing! Highly recommend!

We used these guys for their newer fairy service across the Squamish River (to some amazing and utterly scenic hike black diamond hike trails that I won't say more about - you'll have to find out for yourself!). Squamish Watersports made the experience super easy and straight forward for both pick up and drop off and were flexible with their timing. They were friendly but respectful of COVID-19 boundaries. Definitely recommend the ferry service if you're not an able river navigator yourself!

Wish I took photos to show, I have videos only which I will try to post. I will make it as fair as possible as to why the 2 stars. The staff were friendly and understanding of what happened. We rented the SUP for 4 hours from groupon. Upon arrival we were extremely excited to take them out to Alice lake which was about 15 minutes drive. We got there and set up our stuff by the water. Finally we took the boards and begun to pump them. We quickly discovered that one of them had a hole, so we called them right away and asked what we should do. They advised they’d call back. So we started pumping the other one, coincidentally the other had a hole on the SAME place! At this point we were about 1 hour into our rental time, so we called back and asked them if they can drop off 2 others, and they said it’s not possible. We saw this to be very unfair since it’s not our fault that the holes were there, and that it was extremely inconvenient to drive all the way there to exchange them. By then it was late afternoon and we had other commitments. The staff mentioned that it’s not possible to inspect all returned items, which I believe is very very possible, should take less than 5 minutes! Not everyone is honest enough to tell you of damages they cause, or they may not even notice themselves. If they’re not being inspected, it alludes to the possibility that they’re not being sanitized because of COVID, which is a huge safety issue! Suggestion: the staff should inspect EVERY equipment that’s rented out to check for holes and sanitize, so that people like us don’t get the worst experience out of all activities when visiting Vancouver.

We had a fantastic experience with Squamish Watersports! We got a trial lesson first and then bought 10 hours of classes. Great value, the instructors are super professional and definitely make the most out of the time of the lesson. They also make the class super fun :) All employees are very helpful and nice, the gear is always clean and great quality, and ALSO they have a hot tub. Definitely recommend!
