Usually the service at this London Drugs is great. However, last night (January 24th around 7pm) I was shopping for an electric toothbrush. My partner and I asked a lady for help to be able to look at the brushes since they were locked up. She seemed very angry we had asked for help. She said she would send someone, we waited 10-15 minutes and no one came. Once we gave up waiting, we just decided to go with one that was sitting out on the shelf that was on sale for only 60! Once we got to the self checkout, she called us over so she could do our transaction. We asked the lady why the toothbrush was on sale for such a good price because we were genuinely curious, and because no one was there to help us select one so we had lots of questions. She was so angry at us for asking a simple question and said, \What are you asking me are you saying we are sketchy?\ and my partner and I immediately stopped asking any questions. She rolled her eyes at us and completely over-reacted. Then she sent us back to the self checkout because she thought we were buying Apple products but once she realized we weren't I guess she didn't want to serve us. I do not remember her name, but the customer service from her was absolutely terrible. It's a good thing I'm not a hot headed person because it seemed like she wanted to have a huge argument/fight with two innocent customers asking a question about a toothbrush. I spoke with my sister about my experience - and she asked me to describe the lady because she had a terrible experience with someone working at this London Drugs too. Turned out it was the same lady. So now I know it's not just me who had a negative experience with her.

Have to agree with the review below. Was waiting for around 15 minutes at the camera/electronics counter while 6 staff members wander around ignoring everyone or having a chat - I just walked out and will shop online elsewhere. People wonder why we choose to support online business instead. Jee I wonder!

I purchased a TV yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. Jay went above and beyond by opening the box with me for a quick inspection, gave me tips on transporting and unboxing and setting up the TV as well as informing me of their 30 day price guarantee (if the price drops on Boxing Day I can come back and get paid the price difference). Jay topped it all off by bringing it out to my vehicle and even loaded it into the back! Kudos Jay! Looks like there are a few negative comments towards the electronics department but Jay is definitely taking steps to turn public opinion around... one happy customer at a time. :)
