I have ordered several arrangements from Billie’s and they were all beautiful and my daughter loved them. The flowers are gorgeous and the staff there are so personable and go way beyond the norm. I only wish they had a satellite store where I live in Ontario. Keep up the great work folks!

I highly recommend Billies House. They made the most beautiful wedding bouquet which was last minute because we got eloped and we are not from Canada. So I got there only with an idea and they had only two days. The team is friendly and try to do everything they can. I only told them which flowers I like and which I don't like. I'm still in love with the bouquet. Took it around the world and it's still alive. I dried it and put it in a frame to remember. But it survived the flight without any problem. Thank you so much Billies House!!!
Great local business. Used their service several times. Incredibly polite in person and on the phone. Shop is beautiful and thoughtfully layed out. Flowers have always arrived on time. I'll use them for any local floral needs I have and even some gift ideas as they have additional little bits in store as well.
I called from the lower mainland to place an order for delivery - from the beginning to the end of the call the Billies team member expressed the very best of customer service. I was messaged once the flowers were delivered and the recipient was elated with the arrangement. Thank you Billies!
Amazing customer service! I called very last minute for a balloon delivery and they delivered it the same day within a couple hours of me calling. They were very polite over the phone and I will use their services again. they made a little boy very happy!
