We were told by one staff member that we were allowed on the trampolines with our kids attending a birthday party, we started jumping around and the other staff member came over and told us to get off the trampolines. The second staff member was pretty rude, we were not doing anything wrong. I think further training in customer service is needed. Neither us, or our kids, have been back since.

Great facility in Squamish for adults and kids alike. Pretty popular spot for birthdays - they have a great mezzanine area to use after jumping for the party. Drop ins are usually fine, but due to its popularity, you might want to book ahead.

I decided to visit Airhouse with a friend. We are both not very active, and wanted to stretch out on a rainy day. The staff ran us through some very simple rules and off to the trampolines! Had way too much fun! I plan to visit alot more often!

Great place for cardio ,cordinitaion,agility ,speed, explosive power and as IMPORTANT SO MUCH FUN AND ALWAYS NEW THINGS TO LEARN AND IMPROVE. SUPER HELPFUL, Knowledgeable, happy and efficient staff that is mostly between the ages of 13-21. Its probably one of the only place in the world that a 40 year old adult will ask for legit advice from a 10 year old and will listen to the T as the kids do the air tricks SO MUCH BETTER then us the old(er)people . Probably my favorite quality time to spend with my kids for hours on end and it doesn't get old. Add to this that you can jump DAILY there for 55 a month, the fact the place is a nice and clean well taken care off facility and you even have a skateboard ramp for skaters. Me and my kids learn most of our tricks from the teenager ish floor instructor just because they are good and respectful young adults that love to help with no extra charge which is rare considering they get pay around minimum wage (maybe a bit more 12-20 an hour DO NOT GET ANY EXTRA MONEY FOR the private lessons the facility provide as they charge a 100 per hour and the coach gets 18 which is my ONLY Negative thing to say about the place as those kids work thier but off and deserve more . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Come and check it out fun, fitness and family time all in one in affordable price is rare our days .
