As a Canadian citizen, and a business professional in Human Resources at a large manufacturing company, I would definitely not endorse or recommend Springwind Immigration Consulting Services to any company or person(s). Point of contact for this company that reached out to me was Jenny Lin, she seemed pleasant enough first initial conversations, trying to get her clients employment within my company, * under the PNP program* - however, that opinion changed quickly with financial bribes. When her client skill sets did not match with our company, she astonishingly started to offer me bribes of financial remuneration from her client, to sway my decision to reconsider hiring him. I have reported her and this company to the Canada Border Services Agency, and provided the correspondence she sent me with monetary bribes. I'd suggest any other Canadian companies who are dealing with her, or Springwind Immigration Consulting Services do so with caution. If I could give a zero rating I would.
