Spot Power is an incredible service and it is free to switch. I once made a mistake on my solar club rate change and i very quickly got a phone call to double check. I was able to correct it and save about 20. They are by far the best electricity provider i have every had.

Very classy presentation...staff always helpful/friendly.. \I first joined UNET services after conversation with Nick ?? he spent a lot of time in PANAMA then passed this file to Leslie\ I'm 82 years young I do not understand most of today's ??? and don't care!! If I am directed to a staff member (none of yours to date)..10 seconds in did not understand one word..they talk fast and spew words unknown to my brain!! \if you can come down to a kindergarten conversation I will continue\ it works most times!! 2016-2021 March..senior rate..I hope this continues. AGAIN what a classy presentation..Thanks

Since 2008 Nick Clark & Madeline Low have grown a local energy retail company to the most innovative & customer friendly company in Alberta. We have been with them since 2010 & every year they come up with a new option or program geared to improving their services to their customers. Namely their options for micro generators like ourselves that produce power using PV solar panels. We had 48 solar panels installed on the roof of our home in 2014 & Spot Power has since worked to creat a program that pays a significant bonus for the summer months when our monthly exported energy is greater than our monthly imported energy. I highly recommend checking out their web site & if you have any questions, their customer service is first rate. If I have a question, I often send emails late in the evening not expecting a reply until the next day but more often than not, I'll get a reply from Nick right away . They have just this month implemented the Air Miles reward program which we are huge fans of. Just another reason to work with this local energy retailer rather than the larger less flexible energy suppliers or city programs.
